This page explains how to request deletion of your Sweat Tax account and associated data.
How To Request Account Deletion
- Email support@sweattax.co.za from the email address linked to your Sweat Tax account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used for your Sweat Tax account in the message body.

What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your Sweat Tax account record
- Associated sign-in information linked to the account
- Workout history and synced profile data associated with the account
- Custom workout splits and account-linked training data
- Community content and uploaded media associated with the account, where applicable
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Some limited records may be retained for a short period where reasonably necessary for technical, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
Retention Period
Once a valid deletion request is confirmed, associated account data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, subject to any limited retention required for security, billing, or legal obligations.
